How do I install an app on my phone?

TVR apps are web apps - they install straight from your browser, no app store needed. On iPhone open the app in Safari, tap the Share button, then 'Add to Home Screen'. On Android open it in Chrome, tap the menu (three dots), then 'Install app' or 'Add to Home screen'.

What is the difference between a Web App and a Download?

A Web App runs in your browser and installs to your home screen. A Download gives you files to keep. Some products are both - you get the app plus downloadable files.

Do the apps work offline?

The store itself works as an installable app with an offline screen. Each individual app manages its own offline behavior - check the app's page for details.
