Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the TVR App Store, operated by Media4U and the Tri Virtual Roundtable team, collects and how we use it. We keep it short and plain.

1. What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name and email through our sign-in provider, Clerk. When you buy something we record which product you purchased, the amount, and the date. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not by us. We also collect basic error and usage data through Sentry to keep the site working.

2. How we use it

We use your information to give you access to what you bought, provide support, send receipts and important account notices, and improve the store. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run the store: Clerk (accounts and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Convex (application data), Vercel (hosting), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

4. Cookies and the app

We use cookies to keep you signed in. If you install the store as an app (PWA), a service worker caches static files like images and scripts so it loads faster. This cache does not contain your personal data.

5. Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and personal information by emailing us. We will honor lawful requests.
