Our products are digital, and access is granted immediately after purchase. Because of that, purchases are generally final. We still want you to be happy with what you buy, so please read on.

Faulty or misdescribed products

If a product does not work as described or is genuinely faulty, we will make it right. Email us with your order details and we will fix the issue or provide a refund. Please reach out within a reasonable time after your purchase so we can help.

Free apps

Free apps cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

External and partner apps

Some listings are external or partner apps operated by another provider. Purchases and refunds for those are handled by that provider under their own policy.
